How to Request Account Deletion

We respect your right to delete your Brahm Vivah account and all associated personal data. You can submit a deletion request using either of the methods below.

Method 1 — Delete from the App

Open the Brahm Vivah app on your phone and log in.

Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Settings (gear icon, top right).

Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".

Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account will be permanently deleted.

Method 2 — Email Request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include your registered phone number or email address so we can identify your account.

We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once completed.

What Data Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

Profile details (education, profession, etc.)	Permanently deleted	Immediately
Profile photos and documents	Permanently deleted	Within 7 days
Messages and interests sent/received	Permanently deleted	Immediately
Shortlisted profiles	Permanently deleted	Immediately
Transaction records (if any)	Retained for legal compliance	Up to 7 years

Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will not be able to recover your profile or matches.
If you have an active subscription, deletion will cancel it. No refunds are provided for the unused period.
Data shared with other users (such as interests sent) may remain visible to those users for a short period before being removed.
Backup copies may be retained for up to 30 days in encrypted backups before being purged.
