By downloading, installing, or using the Brahm Vivah application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You may not create more than one account per person
• Impersonating another person is strictly prohibited
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send unsolicited messages or spam
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the app
• Create fake profiles or impersonate others
• Upload explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Use the app for any illegal activity under Indian law

All accounts are subject to manual verification by our admin team. We reserve the right to reject or suspend any account that:

• Provides false or unverifiable information
• Uploads fraudulent documents
• Violates community guidelines
• Engages in prohibited conduct

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
